Exterior style
The custom drawer box from nPack Luxury features a frame-tray style inner tray. The exterior is optional—a lightweight paperboard sleeve or a durable rigid slipcase.
This exterior style is the more luxurious and sturdy one. It has a one-side open slipcase construction and is made from solidboard, covered with wrapping paper.
This exterior style is moderately luxurious and lightweight. It features a two-side open, matchbox sleeve and is made from paperboard.
The slipcase has a greyboard core covered with a binding material. Most often, the greyboard is 2 mm thick, but the thickness may vary according to the client’s request.
The frame-view style tray is made from thick paper or paperboard and hidden greyboard bars make the tray rigid. The sleeve is also made from thick paper or paperboard.
nPack’s custom drawer boxes are typically manufactured using sustainably produced papers of European origin, sourced from GF Smith (UK), Koehler Paper (DE), Fedrigoni (IT), Favini (IT), Arctic Paper (SE), Winter & Co. (UK), etc.
Design upgrades

The design upgrades to the custom draewr boxes include packaging elements that add extra functionality, custom inner shapes, or modified capacity. Each of them presents a great opportunity to create tailored packaging solutions.
Unlimited upgrade options can be specially developed and produced for specific product and brand requirements.
The tray inserts are custom elements made from paper and solidboard. They create custom inner shapes or change the drawer boxes custom tray capacity.
All the extra inserts are instruments for a greater unboxing experience. Dividers and custom inlays are developed according to clients’ projects.

Delicate flat ribbons are a great embellishment to the custom drawer boxes. They come in a great variety and are available in different widths and lengths, colours and materials.
The ribbons are easy-to-use pulls and add to the box appeal and to the unboxing experience. For our custom drawer boxes, we also offer ribbon lifts for comfortable extraction of the box contents.
