1. BRIEFING & STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT – defining the project direction
We begin by understanding your product, brand positioning and project objectives. Packaging appearance, functional requirements, sustainability priorities and initial budget expectations are discussed to define a realistic direction from the start.

2. CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT – shaping the packaging solution
The brief is translated into a structured packaging concept. Structural design, dimensions and functionality are explored through sketches, detailed layouts or 3D models. Materials, branding options and budget variations continue to be evaluated to ensure feasibility before development progresses.

3. DESIGN & ENGINEERING – preparing for industrial production
The approved concept evolves into a production-ready solution. Construction details are engineered and material options discussed, followed by structural prototypes used to evaluate opening experience, functionality and assembly.

4. VALIDATION – confirming performance and quality
Final structural refinements are implemented. A pre-production sample is produced within a real manufacturing environment, enabling accurate evaluation of industrial execution. Branding details, materials and production specifications are confirmed to ensure reliable repeatability at scale.
