We offer to handle the packing of clients’ products into the packaging items produced by nPack. The client usually organises the delivery of their products to our factory in bulk, and we take care of all the operations needed to prepare the products for sale or distribution. The contract packaging process involves several typical steps.
Product reception & inspection
After we receive bulk products from the client or their supplier, we inspect for damage, quantity, or quality issues.
Assembly or kitting
We place individual products into promotional, retail, or gift packaging. In some cases, we combine multiple items into one set.
Filling & wrapping
Products can be placed into pouches, bags, or custom containers. Where needed, we apply protective wrapping such as tissue paper or shrink wrap.
Labeling
We apply product labels, barcodes, QR codes, or stickers on individual items or on their wrapping.
Shipping preparation
After contract packing, the assembled boxes into outer cartons, we arrange dispatch to the client or directly to retailers or customers.
